WODs for the week 9-26-16 to 10-1-16
There is a competition for Masters coming up close to us that some of us are going to compete. The age that this Masters begins is 35!. If anyone wants to join us, we are going to be testing out the wods that are already posted, so you will be able to practice them before you sign up. The price for registration increases after October 21, so you have a little time to decide. I will post a link or send it to you if you are interested. It should be lots of fun!
