I have been working on getting WODs together for several weeks at a time, rather than scrambling each week for new WODs. The only problem with that is, I don’t know the weather that far ahead to plan running outside. So, we will plan to be outside in what should be nicer weather and change on the fly to Rowing if we have to for chances of rain. I hope this is a nicer Fall than we had Summer!

We have a birthday WOD to share with Barbie. She likes Chippers and chose an “S” theme. I chose the rep numbers, not her. I am also having Nathan look into our website and see why we are not getting any confirmation emails when you sign up. Keep signing up and assume that they are going through. So far they are showing up on my schedule page. Are you still getting the notifications of the WODs?

THURSDAY 9-28-23
Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3)
then:
In 15:00 complete:
25 Bar Facing Burpees
25 Wall Balls
800 meter Run
Max Reps Hang Squat Cleans (less than your work weight)

FRIDAY 9-29-23
5 Rounds for time:
75 Double Unders
20 DB Snatch (50,35) alternating arms

SATURDAY 9-30-23
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
