I am finally ready to write the WODs for the rest of the week. We have one for Jeremy’s birthday that he suggested movements for and I supplied the numbers. And then we have some of the Games WODs. I knew you would want to have fun with them too. Of course they are adjusted for us, but still worthy of a good time and a bit of sweat!
