WODs for the week 8-31-20 to 9-5-20
As most of you already know David and I picked up Covid somewhere at the end of our vacation. Our test results were reported as negative, but my lab results, chest x-rays, our fevers and other symptoms say pretty clearly that we have Covid. We don’t really want to be re-tested just to prove anything when the treatment would be the same as we are doing now. We seem to be getting a little better everyday, but a good wod for us right now is walking from one room to another! We also thought we exposed Nathan and Laura, but they have been monitoring themselves for symptoms and have had none. Thank goodness! They should be back to the gym this week.
I should be able to come back to the gym the following week, which begins with Labor Day. We usually close the gym on that day, but it’s up to you to let me know if you want to come in on that day. I will come if I am recovered enough if you want to be there. Let me know.
