WODs for the week 8-28-17 to 9-2-17
The competition in Fenton was fun and we considered it a success. It was well organized and ran efficiently. The wods were challenging enough that we all worked hard and yet still had a great time! Laura Moll, Monica and Kathy from Muddy Water placed third in the Silver division. Nathan, Chris B. and Jason also placed third in the Silver division. Laura A. Meece, Melanie and I finished 18th out of 23 female teams. The competition was tough and we were pleased with our performance. A great time and congratulations to the podium members!
We have a new member now (that I will post pictures of later) who has an upcoming birthday. We are initiating him right and he has chosen a birthday wod for this week on Thursday. Be gentle if you end up not liking the wod he chose! Remember, he’s new!
