MONDAY 8-24-20 For time: 30-20-10 Front Squats Double Push-up Burpees* * Just what it sounds like. You begin a Burpee and do a good Push-up (up and down) then finish the Burpee. TUESDAY 8-25-20 Strength WOD: Deadlift 75%-85%-95% (5-3-1+) then: "Squat Grace" For time: 30 Clean & Jerk (full squat) WEDNESDAY 8-26-20 4 Rounds for time: 30 Double Unders 10 Deadlift 30 Double Unders 30 Lunges 30 Double Unders 2:00 Rest THURSDAY 8-27-20 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press 75%-85%-95% (5-3-1+) then: "Helen" 3 Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 21 KB Swings 12 Pull-ups FRIDAY 8-28-20 4 Rounds each for time: 500 meter Row 3:00 Rest SATURDAY 8-29-20 Open Gym at 8am and 9am Yoga at 9am
