I’m having so much fun trying to adapt the Games workouts to what we have and what we can do. But I think this will be the last week that we will be doing these WODs. For those of you that have enjoyed them, we can still do hard WODs anytime. For those of you that have not cared for them as much, we will do different kinds of fun things. There will always be challenging things to do to make us stronger and fitter.

MONDAY 8-15-22

1 Burpee
Add 1 Burpee each round (like Death by:) until you are not able to complete the movements in the minute.
