WODs for the week 8-1-22 to 8-6-22
This is the week of the CrossFit Games. I should have all kinds of WODs to adapt from the Games for you in the next several weeks. We may not throw heavy “cheese curds” over a straw wall, but I’m sure I can figure out how to have fun with all kinds of things. We will still practice things like Muscle-ups and Handstand Push-ups. What could possibly be harder than those?
