If you noticed, I have planned all the wods for a week and the next Monday. Classes have all been arranged to go on as scheduled. Sign up as early as you know your week’s plans. If you need to cancel, let the designated person know you aren’t going to make it. There is a list on the board of people to contact. Best plan is sign up early and then show up. That makes it easier for everyone. All the wods should be things you know how to do and how to scale for your ability. I will have some really fun wods for next week!

*Use the sand bag for all the movements

750 meter Row
