WODs for the week 7-25-22 to 7-30-22
We are doing some WODs this week that were from the early days of CrossFit Games. These are not as hard as some we have seen in the last few years. They should still be good enough for us to get a good workout. This week the temperatures are not supposed to be as hot as they have been. So of course it is supposed to rain instead. It still puts quite a damper on running outside.
