WODs for the week 7-24-17 to 7-29-17
Don’t forget about the events that are planned in the next few weeks. The first one on my mind is The Games, in Madison, Wisconsin! The gym will be closed much of the days and times I am gone. However, Chris Crook and Val have said that they would come in as they are able on those days. Chris will come in at 8am and Val will come in at 4pm. Both classes are only available as Chris and Val are available. Saturday maybe both can come, maybe neither. If you plan to try to come anytime, make sure you have their phone numbers and arrange with them when it will work. The days we will be gone are Wednesday Aug 2 – Monday August 7. Brian might be back and possibly available on Monday at 6pm, but check with him too before you show up.
The next thing on my mind is a pool party at my house on Saturday August 12 at 10am to whenever. There will be no Open Gym that day. We will have a swimming kind of wod instead. We will provide hamburgers, hot dogs or brats, with condiments, buns optional. We will also provide drinks for all ages. You bring your families, and a dish to share along with sunscreen and a towel. Let’s have a different kind of fun together.
