WODs for the week 7-2-18 to 7-7-18
Just in case you didn’t realize the Fourth of July holiday was this week, it snuck up on me too! We will be closed on the fourth. If you need something to do there is a 5K race that starts at 7:04 somewhere in Jackson. We will be open on the 5th, but if you want to come early in the morning you had better sign up early, so I know about it before I stay up too late.
We also have very hot and stormy weather predicted for almost everyday this week. Nathan has a birthday this week but we will have his birthday wod next week. Be prepared for something hard and monkeyish.
MONDAY 7-2-18 "Hotshots 19" 6 Rounds for time: 30 Squats 19 Power Cleans (135,95) 7 Pull-ups 400 meter Run TUESDAY 7-3-18 Strength WOD: Deadlift then: "Mary" AMRAP in 20:00 5 Handstand Push-ups 10 Pistols 15 Pull-ups WEDNESDAY 7-4-18 GYM CLOSED THURSDAY 7-5-18 In 2 person teams: 3 Rounds for max reps while partner is in static hold 200' Sled Push/Pull (BW) Hang from Pull-up bar / Push Press (45,35) Plank / Push-ups FRIDAY 7-6-18 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press then: "Jackie" For time: 1,000 meter Row 50 Thrusters (45,35) 30 Pull-ups SATURDAY 7-7-18 Open Gym from 8 to 10am
