WODs for the week 7-16-18 to 7-21-18
We are going to celebrate another birthday this week! These are always fun and interesting to find out what movements some people like. You like those? Are you kidding? This week will be Megan’s birthday. These movements are more on the normal side. Can you guess how old she will be? Let’s have fun celebrating with Megan!
The CrossFit Games are coming up soon. August 1-5 in Madison, Wisconsin. Since all of the regular trainers will be attending this event the classes for you at home may be a little different. There will not be a trainer (door opener) for each hour. There will be people here to open the door at 5am, 8am, 4pm and I’m working on 5 and 6pm. The wods will be simple to understand, not to do. Your “door opener” will most likely work out with you rather than watching or correcting you during this week. More information will follow as I get these all set in place. I will let you know who is coming when and their phone numbers if you need to contact them. They will see who is signed up and be at the gym. They will not come if no one is signed up, so don’t forget to sign up early!
