The calendar officially tells us it is summer now, but we know it is really hot outside! There is a run scheduled for one day this week. It will be hot, so take it easy or substitute something to stay in front of a fan. There is no magic movement that you have to do to be fit. You can substitute another movement for many reasons. If you want to do something easier just so you can “win”, that’s not our goal! Don’t try that one.

21 Sit-ups

WEDNESDAY 6-28-23
10 Rounds for time:
10 DB Thrusters (35,25)
100 meter Sprint

THURSDAY 6-29-23
Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5)
then:
AMRAP in 15:00
3 Back Squats 
10 GHD Sit-ups
20 Walking Lunges

FRIDAY 6-30-23
For max weight:
Bear Complex*
7-7-7-7-7
* Bear Complex is:
Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, behind the neck Push Press
** May not rest on the floor at any time through all 7 complexes

SATURDAY 7-1-23
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
