WODs for the week 6-20-22 to 6-25-22
We had good updates on Landon this week. He is moving and understanding and at least drinking coffee. His home gym had a fundraiser for them and did a WOD full of things that Landon likes. We will do his WOD next week when it might be a little bit cooler. I have also made up a WOD for Lydia, full of movements she likes. I like the movements Lydia likes much better than the ones Landon likes. We will do both of their WODs next week.
This week it is going to still be dangerously hot again. Please be aware of how you feel while you are working out and take steps to protect yourself. Drink enough, rest a bit, and get a cool rag if you are feeling shaky.
