Birthday wods can be a fun way to celebrate with each other. Be sure to tell me when you have a birthday coming up if you want a special wod that you’ve picked out! If you want some input on the next birthday wod be sure to tell Chris what you like! Otherwise, it might be something only Chris likes!!!!

Please don’t forget to sign up for classes when you plan to come! If you know your week’s schedule, you can sign up for the classes you want for the whole week in one submission. Especially during this summer season, I’m not going to think you are coming if you don’t sign up. I will think you are on vacation. I would much rather get a text for a day you signed up early for and can’t make it than have you sign up two hours before you plan to come.
