WODs for the week 6-12-23 to 6-17-23
As the weather is getting warmer, take care to be prepared for the workout that you are going to do. If it is too hot to run, make the call to bike or row in front of the fan. As we continue into the summer, you should adapt as you continue to workout. Just be aware of how you feel. I will try to schedule running on the days that are the most mild for the week.
