WODs for the week 5-8-23 to 5-13-23
While everyone I know is starting to prepare themselves to complete “Murph”, we don’t want to miss out on that preparation even if we don’t do “Murph”. Don’t misunderstand me, that we should never do that hero WOD, but there are so many hero’s, that I think we should share the fun.
My week was a very good experience for the most part. I think I did all I could to create a good class. I taught as well as I could and people seemed to appreciate my leadership. However, the evaluators did not agree. Needless to say, I am disappointed. But I am back with you and will continue to do my best for all of you.
