WODs for the week 5-30-22 to 6-4-22
First of all I want to remind you that the gym will be closed on Monday, Memorial Day. However, any of you that have keys and nothing to do, may come open the gym and do whatever you would like to do, within reason! Be safe, come with someone and have fun.
Second, I want to let all of you know, who are praying and remembering Landon and Lydia, that I appreciate your prayers and good thoughts. Landon had a tracheotomy on Friday and a feeding tube placed on Saturday. He tolerated both well, but there is no change in his status. He is still in a coma, with response only to pain. This is going to be a long process of waiting for any good thing. There is a GoFundMe page for them that shows just how many friends they have in all the CrossFit gyms they have been a part of. And so many churches all over the country are lifting them up. Thank you all!
