WODs for the week 5-29-23 to 6-3-23
I want to get these WODs posted and emailed to all of you before you forget and sign up for Monday. There will be no classes on Monday 5-29-23 due to the Memorial Day Holiday. I know it’s the day the rest of the CrossFit community is doing “Murph”, but we are not. We will honor a fallen soldier on Tuesday, however it was the first “Hero” WOD posted on CrossFit’s site in 2005, not the one everyone thinks of. The other “Heroes” also need to be remembered, if you ask me. Enjoy your one day off and then be ready to get back to work again.
MONDAY 5-29-23 GYM CLOSED TUESDAY 5-30-23 Strength WOD: Power Clean then: "J.T." 21-15-9 For time: Handstand Push-ups Ring Dips Push-ups WEDNESDAY 5-31-23 3 4:00 Rounds of: 21 Calorie Row then: AMRAP 7 Deadlifts (225,155) 14 Sit-ups in the remaining time 4:00 Rest between Rounds THURSDAY 6-1-23 10 Rounds for time: 5 Front Squats (heavy) 5 Handstand Push-ups FRIDAY 6-2-23 In 15:00 complete as many reps as possible: 50 Box Step-ups (24,20) 50 Jumping Pull-ups 40 Lunges 40 Burpees 30 Toes-2-Bar 30 Push-ups Max Reps Ring Muscle-ups (transitions) SATURDAY 6-3-23 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
