Rest one complete cycle,then:

Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (light)
* Place a DB slightly in front of you in the tall plank position. Move one arm forward to touch the DB, then the other arm. Each touch is a rep.

6 Overhead Squats

THURSDAY 5-26-22
Strength WOD: Back Squat (3x5)

"Cindy"*
AMRAP in 20:00
5 Pull-ups

* I know we just did this WOD, but if you want to do "Murph", just warm up with a 1 mile run, do 20 rounds of "Cindy" then finish with another mile run.
