WODs for the week 5-23-22 to 5-28-22
I finally have all the WODs on the boards now. Thank you for being patient with me. I also have all the warm-up suggestions on the bottom of the boards. I also have instructions for the clock. Today’s WOD was the most complicated, so I think everything will go smoothly for the rest of the week. Good luck and scale appropriately! MONDAY 5-23-22 Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3) then: 5 sets each for reps: :30 work, :15 rest Back Rack Lunges + Back Squat Rest one complete cycle,then: Bar Facing Burpees TUESDAY 5-24-22 For time: 50-40-30-20-10 Sit-ups 10-20-30-40-50 Dumbbell Plank Taps* 30-30-30-30-30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (light) * Place a DB slightly in front of you in the tall plank position. Move one arm forward to touch the DB, then the other arm. Each touch is a rep. WEDNESDAY 5-25-22 5 Round for time: 12 Snatch Deadlifts 9 Hang Power Snatch 6 Overhead Squats THURSDAY 5-26-22 Strength WOD: Back Squat (3x5) then: "Cindy"* AMRAP in 20:00 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats * I know we just did this WOD, but if you want to do "Murph", just warm up with a 1 mile run, do 20 rounds of "Cindy" then finish with another mile run.
