WODs for the week 5-2-22 to 5-7-22
We have survived the first week of construction, and it hasn’t really disrupted much except that some of us have to go around the block to get in the parking lot. This week may be the worst. When the cement is poured over our driveway, we will have to stay off of it for about a week for it to fully cure. Then they will move on down the street. I may have to walk farther to visit with my new friends.
You may notice this week that I have one running day planned. Wednesday is the only day that it looks like it won’t rain, so we are running. I have a plan for a new route that will keep us out of the construction. We have a lot of good WODs this week, not just that one. I found a new “Girl WOD” that is named Megan. And it looks perfect for our Megan. As perfect as it can be with Burpees in it, anyway.
