WODs for the week 5-2-16 to 5-7-16
A very important announcement, the shower for Laura and Nathan will be this coming Saturday May, 7th from 11am to 1pm. There will be Open Gym that day, as usual, for anyone who wants to exercise first from 8 to 10. Then we will share lunch, games and presents for the newest baby girl.
Also, there will be the option of having a Wednesday class at 5pm from now on. I have asked Merry Ellen to add that to the list that drops down on the schedule page as soon as she is able. If you want to attend that class, and there isn’t an option to sign up for it yet, text me and I will let the trainer know.
Birthday wods are always fun! We had a birthday last week that we will share in celebrating this week. And there is another birthday this week that we can share in celebrating again next week! Be sure to let me know what you want for your birthday wods, so others can have as much fun as you want them to have. Otherwise, Thrusters?
