We have been having some problems with the website emails. Some of you are getting the paragraphs only and not the WODs. Then some of you are lucky and are getting both the WODs and the paragraphs. If you are not getting the WODs, check the website and look at the blog posts, that’s where the WODs are. For those of you that never look, so you’ll be surprised, never mind. However, sometimes you might need to know what we’re going to do so you can have the right equipment. Maybe you’ll want pants for Rope Climbs or the right shoes for Running.
