We can see the school year is almost over. A couple of weeks for some of you and it will be summertime! Schedules change, vacations are planned, kids get even busier with other activities. Don’t forget to look ahead and plan time for you to get your workouts in. Surprises may come up and you might have to cancel a few classes that you signed up for. But for the most part, you can probably figure out a schedule that will work for you and your family. It may take some creative juggling, but healthy activity is good for everyone. Let’s keep that progress going.

MONDAY 5-10-21
Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (heavy 3x5)
then:
4 Rounds for time:
400 meter Run
2:00 Rest

TUESDAY 5-11-21
5 Rounds for time:
15 Handstand Push-ups
15 Ring Dips
500 meter Row

WEDNESDAY 5-12-21
5 Rounds for time:
3 Power Cleans (heavy)
Shuttle Run (1-2-3-2-1)

THURSDAY 5-13-21
(Shoulder Press)
3 Rounds for time:
12 Turkish Get-ups
3 Rope Climbs

FRIDAY 5-14-21
3 Rounds for time:
3:00 Handstand Holds (in as few sets as possible)
For each set needed to accumulate 3:00 HSH, do 5 Burpees before the next round.

SATURDAY 5-15-21
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
Yoga at 9am
