We have some fun WODs to look forward to in the next couple of weeks. I have been thinking about when would be a good time to do our 5K. As always a run can be scaled to walk or row, but the weather looks like it might actually have some nice days ahead. I am also thinking about getting some running WODs in before the construction begins on the water line in front of our gym. That will disrupt things and force us to park on the street for a while. But for now, we can run all we want. Next week we also have to fit in our EGG-citing WOD. I have all the movements already written, I just have to bring in the basket to begin the fun.
