I want to make sure everyone knows about the construction that is going to begin Monday on Main St. in front of our gym. The 5am class will be able to come to the gym the same as always. But at 8am the construction will be getting started. Main St. will be one way traffic coming from the interstate to the traffic circle. If you come from that direction you may come past the gym and park on Georgia, to the left of our building. Or you can park on Washington, behind our building. There is a parking lot off of Washington that we can also use if we don’t block the doors or the trailers that are there. If you come from the traffic circle, you will not be allowed to enter Main St. at all. You can turn left and also park on Georgia or Washington. I hope this construction improves our water lines and is really completed in the 4-6 weeks that they are planning on. I always double that number and then am pleasantly surprised when they get done before the doubled time. Repairing old infrastructure is never pleasant, but is hopefully worth the necessary inconvenience.

The workouts this week look hard, but as always are adjustable! Don’t skip because they look bad on the board. We can always “fix” them. In fact I have already done some fixing for you.
