WODs for the week 4-11-22 to 4-16-22
I thought this might be a good week to run a 5K before we have to deal with the construction this spring on Main St. However the weather doesn’t think this is a good week for running. Maybe next week will settle down. We do have some other fun options, like Easter Eggs, and Name Your WOD, the one that has movements for every letter and you do your own name. So fun!
I also think it might be baby time, so I may ask some of you to be prepared to open the door if I am late or can’t make it to the gym with kids in tow. (Like 5am)
MONDAY 4-11-22 Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5) then: "Amanda" For time: 9-7-5 reps of: Muscle-Ups Squat Snatches TUESDAY 4-12-22 2 Rounds for time: 500 meter Row 21 Burpees 50 Double Unders Rest 3:00 WEDNESDAY 4-13-22 "Name Your WOD" I will have lists for you of each letter in the alphabet. You construct your WOD with the letters in your name. THURSDAY 4-14-22 Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5) then: 3 Rounds for time: 15 Pull-ups 400 meter Run FRIDAY 4-15-22 "Easter Eggs" I will have a basket of eggs with different movements. You pick eggs, do the movement and return the egg to the basket for someone else to enjoy. Your score will be how many eggs you completed in the time selected. SATURDAY 4-16-22 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
