We don’t exactly have an Easter Bunny WOD this week, but there is one that’s playing with really big “eggs”, jumping through hoops and hopping on boxes. If you think about it enough it’s sort of jumpy! I do have some eggs for you with surprises inside for everyone to warm up on, enjoy!

I was just thinking of other years when we have done the Burpee challenge. We would have completed all 100 days by now and Burpees would be over for a while. Since we didn’t do that this year you will find Burpees in the WODs this week. At least there are not 5,050 of them!!!!

MONDAY 4-10-17
Strength WOD: Bench Press
5 reps x 3 sets
then:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
21 GHD Sit-ups
14 DB Push Jerks 1 arm alternating (heavy)

TUESDAY 4-11-17
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 Handstand Push-ups
15 Front Rack Walking Lunges (95,65)

WEDNESDAY 4-12-17
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Run 400 meters
15 Pull-ups
15 Hip Extensions

THURSDAY 4-13-17
Strength WOD: Back Squat
5 reps x 3 sets
then:
EMOM for 15 minutes:
1) 3 Atlas Stone Shoulders
2) 1 Ring Muscle-up or 5 Standing Muscle-ups
3) 7 Box Jumps (24,20)

FRIDAY 4-14-17
For time:
6-9-12-9-6
Burpees over Bar-lateral
Front Squats (185,125)
Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

SATURDAY 4-15-17
Open Gym from 8 to 10am
