WODs for the week 4-1-24 to 4-6-24
I’m hoping everyone had a Happy Easter. I know you all had fun doing the Easter Egg WOD. I have pictures of you with smiles and bunny ears after the WOD was over, so I know it was fun. This week and next we will be testing out some of “The Girls”. That will be fun too, I’m sure.
MONDAY 4-1-24 Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5) then: 5 Rounds for time: 200 meter Run 6 Clean and Jerks (185,125) TUESDAY 4-2-24 "Barbara" 5* Rounds each for time: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats 3:00 Rest between rounds * Could be 3 rounds WEDNESDAY 4-3-24 5 Rounds for time: 10 Push Press (95,65) 12 Lateral Burpees over the Bar 25/20 Calorie Row THURSDAY 4-4-24 Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3) then: AMRAP in 9:00 2-4-6-8-10... Box Jumps (24,20) Handstand Push-ups FRIDAY 4-5-24 "Kelly" 5* Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 30 Box Jumps (24,20) 30 Wall Balls (20,14) * Baby Kelly is 3 Rounds SATURDAY 4-6-24 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
