WODs for the week 3-27-23 to 4-1-23
We still have some of the Quarter Final tests left to play with. But the fun certainly won’t be over. The weather is getting nicer and we will be able to run comfortably outside again. That will be fun! We have at least one birthday coming up soon to celebrate, and be ready for an Easter Egg WOD next week too. There won’t be any candy involved, but there might be hiding. We will see if that happens.
MONDAY 3-27-23 Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5) then: QF Test #5 For time: 21 Deadlifts (normal) 21 Pull-ups 15 Deadlift (heavier) 15 Bar Muscle-ups 9 Deadlifts (heaviest) 9 Rope Climbs TUESDAY 3-28-23 3 Rounds for time: 25 KB Swings (heavier than normal) 25 GHD Sit-ups 25 Hip Extensions 25 Knees-2-Elbows WEDNESDAY 3-29-23 QF Test #3 5 Rounds for time: 5 Burpee Box Overs (30,24) 1 Clean & Jerk* (heavy) * Add 1 Clean & Jerk each round THURSDAY 3-30-23 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (3x5) then: 4 Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 50 Squats FRIDAY 3-31-23 Death By:* Push-ups * In the first minute, do 1 Push-up. Each minute add one more rep. Continue until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the minute. SATURDAY 4-1-23 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
