In the struggle to find a balance between too much of one thing and not enough of another, I have decided to add a bit more concentrated weight lifting. These types of days are very exciting to those that can lift heavy and put up new personal records. But these days are beneficial to the rest of us as well. We need to develop the things we may be weak in while we put up records in other things. Everyone needs to be as well rounded in all areas as we can be. That’s the whole point of doing CrossFit! For those of you that don’t really like lifting, don’t worry, running season is coming up. And we are ready for it. Have you seen our new light-up vests?
