WODs for the week 3-21-22 to 3-26-22
If you don’t have a list of things that you plan on working on after the Open, you missed the point. I am going to try to incorporate some of the things we thought were difficult. Then your job is to push yourself to do first, the most perfect movements, second, faster times and third, heavier weights. All this comes with actually making it to the gym as often as you need, to make improvements. Summer will follow shortly after the spring rains and we will want to spend time outside doing all kinds of fun things. Lets get stronger, better and healthy together!
MONDAY 3-21-22 Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5) then: AMRAP in 15:00 5 Sand Bag Cleans 10 Jumping Back Squats 15 KB Swings 20 Double Unders TUESDAY 3-22-22 5-3:00 Rounds for reps: 10 Push Press (heavy?) Max Reps Ring Rows 2:00 Rest WEDNESDAY 3-23-22 5 Rounds for time: 15 Handstand Push-ups 15 Ring Dips 750 meter Row THURSDAY 3-24-22 Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5) then: AMRAP in 15:00 10 Wall Balls 10 Toes-2-Bar 10 Box Jumps FRIDAY 3-25-22 4 Rounds for reps: 200 meter Run Tabata* Pull-ups 200 meter Run Tabata Push-ups 200 meter Run Tabata Sit-ups 200 meter Run Tabata BTB Squats * total all reps for each movement SATURDAY 3-26-22 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
