After we finish up 18.4 on Monday, we will only have one more Open workout to do. For some of us, it will be wonderful to be done. For others, it might be sad to realise we didn’t finish where we wanted. There is always a time of wondering if we could have done better. If we did…….would it have made a difference? There is no going back, so just look forward to what you need to work on for next year. Remember, competitions are a test! They are not the wods that make you fitter, stronger or better. They are just a test to see what you worked on last year. That’s why we only do this once a year. Tests aren’t good teaching tools. They are a revelation of what we still need to learn.
