For those of you doing the Open competition, you have one more week to go, unless you want another try for 24.2. Personally, I thought that one was a one and done WOD! I never want to do that one again! This week for fun we have Pat’s Birthday WOD! These are all the things she likes. Have fun with her on Tuesday.

MONDAY 3-11-24
Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5)
then:
AMRAP in 20:00
15 Air Squats
15 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups

TUESDAY 3-12-24
Pat's B-day WOD (3-11-59)
5 Rounds for time:
3 Deadlifts (work weight)
11 Pistols
9 Ring Rows
65 Single Unders

WEDNESDAY 3-13-24
Kettle Bell "Death by Breaths"
1 KB Swing (heavy) 5 deep breaths
2 KB Swings-5 deep breaths
3 KB Swings-5 deep breaths
continue adding one swing between 5 breaths until unable to do the swings

THURSDAY 3-14-24
Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5)
then:
AMRAP in 7:00
7 Box Jumps (30,24)
7 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

FRIDAY 3-15-24
Open WOD 24.3

SATURDAY 3-16-24
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
