WODs for the week 2-7-22 to 2-12-22
Everyone is learning that Birthday WODs are fun. We will have another one this week. If your birthday is coming up soon, let me know what you like to do, or things you’d like to work on and we can all have fun celebrating you! I love that each one of us is different and we can all do a workout that you choose, mostly. I always reserve the right to change and add stuff. But many times the things you choose, everyone else will ask, why you like those.
And we are practicing movements that could be in the Open in a couple of weeks. There are the regular stand-bys and then there are a few odd things every year that no one would have guessed to be included. As always we will be surprised on the first day, Feb. 24, when the 22.1 WOD is announced.
