WODs for the week 2-4-19 to 2-9-19
This is definitely birthday week. Don’t forget to let me know what you would like to do in a wod if your birthday is coming up anytime soon. We want to celebrate with you. Wods can be almost anything as you will also see this week. Nathan and Josh had a lot of fun making up a wod for us. Not only did they make it up, they tried it out. They declared it good along with Kari, so now it will be our turn.
Don’t forget to sign up for the Open! It is always fun to see where you place in a worldwide competition. See where you are this year and see if you improve next year. It’s also fun to know you are doing the same wod that the elite games athletes are doing. Of course, there are always scales! Then you can watch them in the games and say, I do that!
