This is the week the Open starts! On Thursday night at 7pm you can look at CrossFit.com for The Open Announcement and hear what the WOD is and then watch a demonstration video of some people actually doing it. Then you will have an idea of how to plan for your workout on Friday. You will also have the opportunity, if you so choose, to repeat the workout to better your score, on Saturday and Monday. We will have a workout on Monday that has a similar time domain, so people have a choice to do it again, or not. Good Luck to all of you.
