Thank you to all of you that signed up for the Open! We have a good crew of people representing Nearly Perfect CrossFit, and I’m so proud of all of you! What an opening for this year. We only have two more weeks to go. I’m not sure if that’s better or not. If there are fewer WODs it seems that they are harder to do. Since we have absolutely no idea of what will be programmed for the next event on Friday, I will apologize now if I program something similar to what we might have to do.

WEDNESDAY 2-22-23
For time: Partner WOD
"New York Minute"
150 Wall Balls (20,14)
30 Muscle-ups
30 Clean and Jerks (155,105)
alternate working each minute until all reps are completed
if working alone do half the reps, resting every other minute

THURSDAY 2-23-23
Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5)
then:
5 Rounds for time:
10 Front Squats (185,125)
1 Rope Climb

FRIDAY 2-24-23
Open WOD 23.2
TBA at 2pm 

SATURDAY 2-25-23
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
