It’s party time tonight at 6pm! Come to Wings Etc. in Jackson to celebrate our gym, our fitness and our friendship!

You may notice that there are only 4 wods posted for this week. That is because the Open Competition begins on Thursday Feb. 23. The announcement of the WOD will be broadcast at 5pm, Pacific Time (7pm for us) so we leave Friday’s WOD blank until we know on Thursday night what we will be doing. If you are not signed up for the Open, there is still time. You will have until Monday at 7pm to post your Open results. You may do the WOD however many times you want and report your best score. Even if you don’t sign up we will still have fun with these WODs!

You may also notice that the WODs are a little on the short side this week. That is not to say they will be easy! This gives you more time AFTER the WOD to do LOTS of STRETCHING! You want all your muscles to be as relaxed and ready for the Open as possible.
