WODs for the week 2-17-20 to 2-22-20
We have the opportunity to participate in two different competitions this spring. Now that the Open is held in the fall, we can do some of these fun comps without interfering with our chances of qualifying for the Games next August. One is the Festivus Games on April 18, 2020 in Sikeston. This week lots of people had a say in what they wanted to see in a wod. I tried to accommodate everyone. If you have an idea for a wod, don’t hesitate to let me know. I will try to fit it in to our programming. I may tweak it for us, but I will always consider your ideas.
