The first Open WOD for 2023 will be announced on Thursday of this week. We will do the workout on Friday for our WOD. If you are not happy with your score, you can choose to repeat it on Saturday, and again on Monday if you wish. I am more of a one and done type person, but you have a choice to repeat it until the deadline to post your scores is up. There is also still time to sign up! You can actually do the workout, be judged, and then sign up.

For this week until Friday, we will try to practice things that might make us able to do better all around, not just for the Open! That’s what we are really here for anyway. And now that the weather is getting a bit better, we are going to stop rowing so much and RUN! Actually, outside!
