Finally it’s going to not be 2020! Let’s all hope 2021 brings better, healthier days for everyone. Meanwhile, the schedule for classes will be the same as last week. No classes in the evening on 12-31. And no classes at all on 1-1. Enjoy your break and be ready to do new things in the new year.

One of the new things we are going to do is start recommending not specific weights for you to lift, but “PRE”. This stands for perceived rate of exertion. So you will decide what is heavy for you if I say 85%. Or you can decide what is a moderate weight if I say 50%. And you decide what a light weight is if I say 35%. We are doing a pretty good job of deciding what weights we need to do now, but there are times when I will suggest you push yourselves just a bit.
