It’s a party! On Saturday December 15th at 6 pm there will be a Christmas party at the gym. Please bring your family and a dish to share. Drinks will be provided. I have been asked by several people if the food has to be healthy because we are eating in the gym. The answer is absolutely, no! Bring whatever is festive and you want to share with your friends. We will play “Minute to Win it” games. They may be energetic, but not like a wod. it’s all for fun. 

Then next week you can expect the 12 Days of Christmas wod. That’s another fun one, but definitely a real wod.
