For any of you that did my birthday WOD, I need to say two things. Thank you for playing and I’m sorry! It will be some time before I make a WOD with sandbags in every movement. This week we have a Veteran’s Day WOD and there are no sandbags at all. Each of the five military branches are represented and I hope you find amusement in that. The workout, maybe not as amusing.
