WODs for the week 11-21-16 to 11-26-16
The holiday season has arrived! This week the gym will be open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as usual. Thursday we will be closed and I am thinking on Friday we will also be closed. We are doing our celebration on Friday, so I don’t want to come in on Friday. Renee will have her family at home and doesn’t want to come in either. If there is a trainer who wants to come in on that day, I will let you know.
Saturday is a different story, however! I know my family will want to come in on Saturday and do some kind of group type fun wod. The more the merrier! Eveyone who wanted to come and couldn’t on Thursday or Friday, meet us at 8am and we will have a great time!
