This week we have only 4 days of WODs because we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. The gym will be open on our regular schedule every day but Thursday. You will be on your own if you want to come on Saturday, because that is the day we will be celebrating our Thanksgiving. If you want to come on Friday, please look ahead at your schedules and sign up today. If something comes up and you need to cancel, I would very much prefer to plan on coming, rather than be surprised by a late sign-up. Actually, I always prefer that, not just holiday weeks.

There will be no strength WODs this week. If you want to do extra lifting to make that up, you can do that on Saturday, just be smart!
