This week will be a normal week for our schedule. Next week will be a bit different. We usually close on Thursday, that is Thanksgiving, and will be again this year. Often, I have had someone fill in for me on Friday. I will be available to come to the gym on Friday, but many of you might not be planning on coming. Please let me know if you have other plans that keep you away from the gym and we will plan accordingly together.
