In honor of Veterans Day we are going to do a couple of Hero WODs. One will be as written, and one will be adapted to our gym and circumstances, like weather.

I think winter might actually be around the corner. If we decide that the weather is not worth getting out in, and if you are signed up for a morning class, I will let you know that classes are or, may be cancelled. We will decide class by class, since sometimes snow melts before noon and there is no reason to keep the gym closed later in the day. I will also post on our website what the plans are. If you are signed up to get the wods in your e-mail, you will also get closure notices. Be aware of road conditions where you are and stay safe. That doesn’t mean you can skip everyday that predicts snow flurries! But we might all get more practice rowing or biking!
