MONDAY 10-4-21 "Kelly" 5 Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 30 Box Jumps (24,20) 30 Wall Balls (20,14) TUESDAY 10-5-21 5 Rounds for total distance: Row 50 seconds, Rest 10 seconds Row 40 seconds, Rest 20 seconds Row 30 seconds, Rest 30 seconds Row 20 seconds, Rest 40 seconds Row 10 seconds, Rest 50 seconds WEDNESDAY 10-6-21 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (3x5) then: "Grace" For time: 30 Clean and Jerks (135,95) THURSDAY 10-7-21 Strength WOD: Back Squat (3x5) then: 5 Rounds for time: Row (500,350) meters in as few pulls as possible Do 2 Double Unders for each pull record time and pulls for each round FRIDAY 10-8-21 2 Rounds for time: 800 meter Run 25 Handstand Push-ups SATURDAY 10-9-21 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
